The gilroy compassion center is a pathway to stability that maintains self-respect and recognizes the dignity of each human being.its mission is to provide access to the services homeless people need to survive, become stable, and achieve self-sufficient lives.the south county commpassion center's goals and objectives are:provide basic needs such as bathrooms, showers, laundry and food;provide a one-stop center with referrals and resources

Provide case managers to provide wrap-around support services to the unhoused at the armory shelter.
Safe parking program provides a safe place for unhoused individuals to sleep while working toward acquiring permanent housing.
Various programs including case management, outreach, rental assistance, community health worker and unhoused college student case management programs.
San felipe property - to develop an rv park in order to generate revenue to support the mission of the south county compassion center and also provide rv sites for the homeless.
