Culturally Nourishing Foods:Helping citizens maintain their quality of life through access to quality and nourishing foods that support healthy aging. This program invests in food and meals, food access, and social engagement.
Senior Health Promotion, King County:Objectives of this work have included establishing policy, procedure, and best practices, collaboration on the use of a new database, oversight of HIPAA compliance, and management of social work support staff. Supportive social services are provided to SPSC's participants who are primarily refugees and immigrants navigating language and cultural barriers in Spanish, Khmer, Vietnamese, and English.
