South St Paul Teachers Association Local No 861

We work with in-reach and out-reach programs. In-reach creates closer union ties with all 275 members. Out-reach includes work in the community of south saint paul. We do food drives for neighbors, inc. We work with feed my starving children. We present three (3) college scholarships to current seniors at south saint paul high school.

We work with all school and state required programs. We help facilitate the alternative teachers performance pay system (atpps). We serve on the calendar committee, the staff development committee, and the teacher development and evaluation (tde) program.
