Mission

The mission of south texas literacy coalition is to enhance and enrich the quality of life of our region through community literacy education partnerships that lead to more literate communities. The south texas literacy coalition is one of seven coalitions in the state of texas which are 501(c)3 non profit organizations that promote literacy awareness and educational services meeting the needs of children, students, and families to help them achieve higher levels of literacy and providing educational opportunities to achieve academically and become contributing, productive members of society.
