Sws manages the southern willamette forest collaborative which coordinates collaborative committees that bring stakeholders together to learn about and find agreement on forest restoration, wildfire mitigation and recreation coordination projects that benefit the upper willamette watershed.

Sws manages the oakridge air project by coordinating residential upgrades for home heating and weatherization to reduce wintertime wood smoke pollution. Sws also provides technical assistance and outreach to the community in support of this project.
