The primary purpose of Southbay Youth Maritime Foundation is to support Sea Scouts and Mariner Scouts programs, primarily in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and Delta, to promote maritime youth activities, to promote the core values of the scouts, and to support young adults seeking post-secondary education in maritime trades.
