The southeast michigan grants coalition (semgc)is the nonprofit host of the central convening, research, storytelling and reporting arm of the global epicenter of mobility (gem). The vision of gem is to accelerate economic growth by building on the region's unrivaled mobility assets creating a smart, secure, sustainable, and inclusive advanced mobility industry. Semgc is designed to become a gateway to transformational economic growth, security, and regional competitiveness through job creation, talent development, and new capacity that attracts public and private investment.
