Senior services' mission is to provide seniors and their caregivers with access to programs and services, so they may live their lives with choice and dignity in their communities.

Congregate meals c-1provided 59,537 meals to 898 indivduals in a social congregate setting.

Home delivered meals funded by title c-2 of the older americans act provided 135,084 meals delivered to the home of 977 individuals.

Caregiver services - title iiiethe caregiver program helped seniors and their caregivers receive a variety of services. The services include: care coordination for 44 seniors for 213 hours; provided adult day care to 84 seniors for 38,376 hours; provided transportation to 20 individuals for 1,786 one way trips to day care services, information assistance and referrals to 362 caregivers for 1,003 contacts: provided 2,457 hours of homemaker services to 19 caregivers and provided 96 public information and education sessions for 3,772 caregivers.

Health promotion provided the following services; provided care transition from hospital to home for 142 individuals with 292 contacts; provided options counseling for 510 individuals for 1.290 hours; provided assistance for 9 individuals concerning elder abuse; made 2,502 contacts with individuals concerning their medicare benefit; 259 individuals participated in 3,093 evidenced based wellness classes and provided 55 people with nutrition counseling.
