Mission
SNBEI was established in January of 2022 with a clear mission: to reduce Clark County's racial educational attainment gaps by focusing on the recruitment and retention of culturally responsive highly-skilled Black teachers. Our organization is committed to empowering Black educators and aspiring teachers through a multifaceted approach that encompasses legislation meaningful professional development mental health support and critical mentorship.
