Southport Crossings Business Park One Association Inc

The purpose for which the corporation is formed is to serve as the association for southport crossings business park one. Corporation's purpose shall include, but not be limited to, the maintenance, repair, upkeep, replacement, administration, operation, and management of the common area within the business park; to pay any other necessary expenses and costs in connection with such management and maintenance in accordance with the declaration; and to perform such other functions as may be designated to corporation from time to time.
