Southwell, inc. (southwell) operates for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the purposes of tift regional health system, inc. (a tax-exempt regional referral hospital) and southwell ambulatory, inc., (a tax-exempt provider of specialty physician and medical services). Southwell is the parent organization of the multi-entity healthcare system and is responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation and financial planning for the system.
