The association monitors and engages in local government issues associated with real estate, property rights, and housing policies. The association produces a weekly e-newsletter, bi-monthly e-magazine, dedicated emails, online platforms, a member portal, networking opportunities, recognition programs, leadership development, and customer support to provide educational information, education courses, and to keep members informed of regulatory issues and industry standards to help ensure compliance and involvement at the community level. The association enforces the realtor code of ethics by administering grievance procedures, ethics hearings, and arbitration services to maintain trust and professionalism within the real estate community and the public. It also supports housing-related nonprofit organizations and public outreach initiatives through volunteerism and charitable giving.

The association puts on continuing education courses through webinars and online platforms for its members each month totaling up to 71 total credit hours per year.
