Youth: This program uses funds in a statewide, integrated program called Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP). CCMEP leverages transitional assistance for needy families (TANF) and WIOA funding to serve 14-24 year old youth with comprehensive employment, education, and training services, to improve their work readiness and college readiness capabilities, as well as providing treatment and case management for a variety of impediments to their workforce success. Services are provided by three organizations - two for out-of-school youth and one for in-school youth. Combined, these TANF and WIOA programs serviced over 2,109 youth/young adults with 626 obtaining employment.

Adult/Special Grants/Administration/Dislocated Workers/Employer Services: In this fiscal year, the Organization was awarded a grant to assist with breaking down barriers for residents such as transportation and language. In addition, the Organization assisted with applying with other entities and/or providing letters of support, to bring additional resources into the Cincinnati/Hamilton County service area.
