The coalition for clean affordable energyenergy (ccae) is composed of a dozen new mexico non-profit organizations established in 1997 to promote clean, renewable energy in new mexico at a reasonable cost to consumers.ccae uses strategically focused political action, legal advocacy, scientific analysis, grassroots organizing, and public education and communication to advance clean energy policy and programs.
