The organization conducted numerous field study tours learning about the fremont culture, the importance of water to the native cultures, and the geologic history of the yampa and green rivers. Also, lectures in rail travel in the fred harvey era and the history, traditions and customs of the hopi people. Also, the art and culture of san ildefonso pueblo through a traditional firing and family sponsored feast meal. The group traveled to indian lands to learn of the dine, zuni and acoma peoples. 16 event days with 406 participants.
