To support and promote the donation and procurement of organs and tissues for transplantation, therapy, research and education, specifically, but without limiting the foregoing, to support the tax-exempt purposes, programs and services of organ procurement organizations recognized by the internal revenue service as tax-exempt under internal revenue code section 501(c)(3).
