Provide services and programs promoting independence for all people with disabilities.

The transportation program provides over 4,996 one-way annual lost cost or free door-to-door rides to medical/banking/legal appointments, grocery shopping, and recreational outings. Vans are wheelchair lift equipped. Our transportation service removes barriers and allows people with disabilities the opportunity to enjoy community inclusion and independent living.

The home accessibility modification program provided 37 home modifications to assist people with disabilities to safely live independently in their homes. Modifications include ramps, grab bars, roll-in/walk-in showers, raised toilets, and door widening.
