Uniquesource and employment partners: program participants are placed in jobs located in state operated photo license centers, along with various community employers. Job coaching and monitoring is provided for all program participants.

Community supports (in home services): gives program participants the opportunity to explore the community and make connections by providing important life and social skills to live more independently, such as transportation training, opportunities for social interactions, and relationship building.
