Spark capital was organized and is operated exclusively for the benefit of, or to carry out the purposes of, spark as a supporting organization. The organization will provide financial and educational services to economically distressed communities in and around omaha, nebraska and council bluffs, iowa in order to promote social welfare and to combat community deterioration.

Through spark capital's provision of technical assistance, recipient individuals and organizations will be better equipped to form community development projects in the targeted economically disadvantaged areas, resulting in community benefit.
