Spectrum community services provides nutrition programs and services for alameda county residents ages 60 and better including: the senior meals providing fresh, nutritious meals in north, central, and south alameda county - over 110,000 meals per year and meals on wheels (home delivered) serves over 73,000 meals per year in east alameda county.
Fall prevention program provides education, assessments and exercise classes to assist adults 60 years and better with injury prevention in alameda county.
