Spectrum takes a whole health approach to pain management, looking at all the contributing factors you are facing. We work with you to create a safe and patient-led plan, using internal and external resources to help you manage your pain. Medication management - medication often requires ongoing monitoring and evaluation. We offer initial evaluation of your pain, and if needed utilize prescription medications to help you improve your overall quality of life and level of functioning. Alternative treatments - pain management at spectrum utilizes alternative treatments including acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, counseling, and more.

Residential programs: momentum residential provides integrated health services in a residential setting to men and women experiencing substance use and/or mental health challenges.

Vocational rehabilitation - our work adjustment training program (wat) helps individuals re-enter the workforce. They operates a kiosk (new day cafe) which provides skills and training necessary to help many improve their lives and enter the work force. Lapaz apartmentscommunity living (11 units) to provide low income housing for the population with mental health challenges. Other rents - rents received from space rented for pharmacy and group meeting.
