Programs

The spierings cancer foundation enhancing cancer treatment grant program strengthens cancer care close to home by supporting local cancer centers. We partner with providers to understand their greatest needs and respond with funding that makes a direct difference for patients. We've funded everything from starting the nurse navigator program, to purchasing innovative equipment that reduces invasive surgeries, to expanding survivorship care. By investing in our own communities, we ensure families facing cancer can access the best possible care without having to travel far from home and their support system.

The spierings cancer foundation cancer research grant program invests in wisconsin-based cancer research to drive progress close to home. Many of our gifts serve as seed funding, giving researchers the resources to begin innovative projects that hold significant promise for improving cancer treatment and care. By keeping research dollars in our state, we strengthen wisconsin's medical community and create opportunities for discoveries that will benefit patients and families right here in our own backyard.
