Give real change: the campaign aims to curb panhandling in aurora and supports those in need in a meaningful way that fosters long-term change toward self-sufficiency. Proceeds will support homelessness programs and help fund essential needs for those experiencing homelessness, such as bus tickets, food, water, and vital id documents. Commemoration: the city's annual commemoration brings together community members from all walks of life to celebrate and remember dr. King's legacy. Morning star adult day program: offers meals, activities, and some health care services to adults over the age of 55 suffering from memory disorders and other health problems.
