Spjst Foundation Inc

To raise funds to provide financial support toward the continued education of qualified students, without discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, or religious preference in the form of scholarships. The foundation will also raise funds to support organizations that qualify as exempt under Section 501 (c)(3). It is also intended that the Foundation would participate in other charitable activities in the state of Texas such as support for disaster relief.
