Spokane rotary foundation accepts contributions and then invests and manages these contributions in perpetuity. A percentage of the fair market value (3 year average)is distributed to rotary community services, inc.on a quarterly basis. Rotary community services, inc. Then distributes the money through its charitable committees including youth services, disabilities, civic affairs, vocational services (including scholarships) and international services.
