Spottswood CDC is an emerging New Orleans-based not-for-profit agency at the forefront of community and economic development. Our mission is grounded in the belief that informed individuals, neighborhoods and businesses are better able to: 1) Take control of their circumstances; 2) Improve their quality of life; and 3) Ensure a stable future for themselves and their families SCDC enriches the lives of Louisianians by providing quality initiatives and services including financial literacy workshops, housing counseling, affordable housing, small business consulting/back-office services and several other neighborhood/community development initiatives.
