The purpose of the spriestersbach farm corporation is to provide education about agriculture for the general public, with a particular emphasis on youth.

Indiana ffa foundation the indiana advanced life science (als) curriculum was developed in 2005. Indiana team aged worked with caert, inc. (now, cutting edge curriculum, inc.) to develop cd-based lesson plan libraries for the three als courses in agriculture. The courses have been a success yielding post-secondary dual credit opportunities, introducing, and advancing students toward careers in agricultural sciences, and becoming a part of school graduation career.
Scottsburg high school ag. Dept. The purchase of two tower garden kits to be used by the scottsburg high school agriculture department and scottsburg ffa chapter. The purchase of these kits will allow students within the agriscience classes at scottsburg high school to gain hands-on experience by growing edible crops using hydroponics. The kits are mobile and could also be used by members of the ffa chapter to educate others on the process of hydroponics during different community events.
