Springboard accelerates the growth of women-led companies through access to essential resources and a global network of entrepreneurs, advisors, and investors dedicated to building high-growth companies led by women in the fields of technology, women's health, and life sciences. In our 24+ years of operation, springboard has accelerated the growth of 930+ women-led companies. Our springboard alumna companies have achieved 28 ipo's, and have built over $76b in value.

Springboard hosts networking events and strategic round table discussions across the country for our powerful network of entrepreneurs, advisors, investors and industry leaders. Additionally, springboard produces dolphin tank pitch events to showcase exciting and innovative new companies led by women and provides knowledge, feedback and resources to accelerate their growth.
