Springboard to learning develops children's ability to think critically, create, collaborate and communicate. Our programs directly support school curriculum and are designed to ignite a passion for learning.

Programs

2 programs

Signature programs, proprietary to springboard, are eight to ten session residencies, many created in partnership with the university of mo st. Louis; align with missouri learning standards; include measurable learning objectives; build 21st century skills; offer authentic, realworld learning opportunities; provide autonomy, fostering school, teacher, and student choice; collaborative studentled experiences, integrating school and community in partnership.

Teaching artist created programs are proprietary to individual teaching artists, targeting elementary through middle school students. Programs are based on the artistic discipline of the teaching artist and vary from performing and visual arts, dance, music, puppetry, storytelling and design thinking. Programs are delivered in three formats: performances which consist of an assembly of up to 300 students, workshops which are one 45 to 60 minute session for mulple classrooms of the same grade level, and residencies consisting of six to ten sessions.
