Provided scholarships for conferences and certifications. Provided employee relief fund (erf) assistance to ssm health team members who have encountered financial hardship. Assistance is provided to employees experiencing extraordinary circumstances such as a fire, natural disaster, a catastrophic or unforeseen event. Child care, funeral expenses, transportation, utilities and housing assistance are also provided through the erf fund.
