Teen Mother-Baby Program:Grace House is the home of our Teen Mother-Baby Program, providing safe and supportive housing for pregnant and parenting young women. Grace House is staffed 24/7, with Resident Life Coaches offering hand-in-hand support plus life skills and parenting classes that help clients stabilize and build confidence in caring for their children and themselves. Grace House clients also work 1-on-1 with a dedicated Case Manager, Social Worker and Education and Employment Coordinator to navigate access to healthcare, childcare, educational needs and other benefits and resources. Through trauma-informed, strengths-based services, clients are supported as they heal from past experiences and begin to build healthy and hopeful futures for their young families.

Transitional Housing Program:Hope House & Faith House are the homes of our Supportive and Transitional Housing Programs. Hope House clients reside in private, single rooms with shared kitchens and living spaces in St. Anns main building. Faith House residents reside in private, one-bedroom apartments with shared kitchen and living areas in a standalone building across from our main facility. Hope House and Faith House clients have access to wraparound services including education and employment support, parenting and life skills classes, on-site Child Care Center, and trauma-informed, strengths-based counseling and case management. These services help clients to overcome past traumas and experiences of homelessness and/or housing instability, while building healthy and hopeful futures for their families.

Education and Employment Program:Helps families create personalized roadmaps towards financial stability through developing academic and long-term career goals and strategies. In collaboration with local partners, residents build lifelong independence by meeting their educational goals, 1-on-1 career coaching, resume assistance, job readiness and job placement assistance.
