Anthony hall. Through its efforts, the foundation seeks to enhance the development of members' intellects and to foster responsible citizenship. St. Anthony educational foundation, inc., is the national organization's primary source of support for programs and activities that enrich st. Anthony hall's individual members and chapters from an academic and intellectual standpoint.
