INTERNAL MEDICINE - Internal Medicine services at St Clare Hospital Medical center are comprised of general medicine, pulmonary, gastroenterology medical, cardiology medical services and swing bed services. In FY24 a total of 343 patients were admitted to the hospital. The swing bed admissions account for 50% of the overall admissions. In addition, 31% of the overall admissions are admitted through the Emergency department.

SURGICAL SERVICES - HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital is equipped to handle advanced adult and pediatric procedures with state-of-the art equipment and experienced physicians. There is access to a multidisciplinary care team which includes outstanding registered nurses, certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA), physicians, physical and occupational therapists, clinical educators, nutritional services and spiritual advisors. In FY24 St. Clare Memorial Hospital performed approximately 758 surgical cases and 1,072 GI procedures. For patients who require a hospital stay, resources are available to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
