Independent Living Services: The Village of St. Edward believes in a long-term relationship with the older adults who reside in their community. In providing independent living services, not only does The Village of St. Edward provide living quarters attentive to the requirements of an aged population, but also provides opportunities for personal growth and enrichment. The Village's Independent Living services is an affordable living option for many low to middle-income elderly residents of the Akron region. During 2024, the independent living facility provided 22,999 days of occupancy for high-functioning senior citizens.

Assisted Living Services: The Village of St. Edward provides Assisted Living services for a level of care between skilled nursing and independent living. During 2024, The Village provided 25,136 days of care in assisted living. The Village participates in the Assisted Living Waiver program, a long-term care option for Medicaid recipients, and offers an alternative to nursing home placement.

Memory Care Services: The Village of St. Edward provides Assisted Living Memory Care services for a level of care designed to specifically to care for the aging population affected by dementia.
