To provide educational equipment and financial support for the improvement of the educational facilities of st. Francis high school, wheaton, il., and to provide tuition assistance to any school student who may suffer the loss of a parent or guardian due to death or serious disability which results in the student's inability to pay some or all of the tuition needed to complete their high school education at st. Francis high school.
