Drug free communities supports youth substance use prevention projects.

Community leadership supports outreach activities to create understanding and support for a coordinated early care education system.

St. Francois county caring communities has an in house resource center that early child care providers, school teachers, or parents can use to obtain the supplies and materials they need to effectively teach and educate young children. The partnership charges a small fee to use the resource center and any money received is used to expand and replenish the supplies for others. The partnership also conducts a book fair and wellness fair and participates in the caring communities christmas program and improves health care by supporting a dental clinic.
