St James Foundation Of North Carolina

The Corporation is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and religious purposes within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Subject to the foregoing, the specific purposes and objectives of the Corporation include, but are not limited to, identifying, supporting, and serving the educational needs of the residents in Brunswick County in effort to provide better educational opportunities, to change the course, and improve the quality, of lives in Brunswick County, and ensure educational needs are being met through volunteer participation, fundraising and proving grants, and supporting other organizations, projects, programs, and initiatives that are organized and operated for similar purposes.
