Vocational Rehabilitation / Adult Services - provides services to individuals who have moderate to severe disabilities, with emphasis on community integration. The program promotes consumer choice and recognizes distinctly different needs among those who are served. Consumers, staff, and external case managers work as partners to identify strategies to maximize the individual's ability to identify and achieve vocational goals. Family members and community employers may have an active partnership role in the process.
House of John Program - House of John is an Adult Services Program which provides person-centered day program for adults with developmental disabilities. The primary offering of House of John is day habilitation for adults with developmental disabilities who have reached the age of 21 and have completed their educational entitlement.
