St Johnland Assisted Living Inc

The purpose of the corporation is to establish maintain and operate an adult home as defined in section 2 (25) of the social services law and an assisted living program as defined in section 461-1 of the social services law; provided, however that the corporation shall not establish or operate such adult home or assisted living program without the prior written approvals of the new york state department of health.
