St Johns Lutheran Church Of Northfield Foundation

The purpose of this corporation shall be to receive by gift, grant, devise, bequest or otherwise, property, real, personal or mixed; to hold, invest and reinvest such property; and to use and devote the net rents and income of such property (and under certain circumstances the principal itself if specifically permitted by the donor) to the benefit and maintenance of the church, now know as st. John's lutheran church of the city of northfield, state of minnesota, and of any and all the institutions and lines of work and activity of whatsoever character now or hereafter conducted by the said st. John's lutheran church or any of its organizations, committees, agents or representatives.
