The organizations principal activities are to assist agencies and organizations within the community to build coalitions and engage in collaboration to positively impact issues relating to children and youth.
Programs

Workforce Development Board The youth employment program provides eligible youth, ages 14-24, with effective and comprehensive program activities. These activities are designed to enhance youth opportunities for obtaining and completing education along with training programs that will provide job readiness skills and competencies for unsubsidized employment.
Northwest Missouri Mentoring Partnerships This program contains two segments. The Worksite Mentoring segment provides on-site employer/mentors for youth, ages 16-21, who are targeted at risk. The Teen Pregnancy and Parenting Teens segment provides support and mentors for pregnant and parenting teens.
