Bortnick (TILT-Dekalb) Conservation Easement, consisting of 227 acres of waterfront habitat in Dekalb, NY, secured and finalized December 16th, 2021. Needed to file a Corrective Easement with SLC Clerk.

Hart's Falls Preserve, consisting of 40 acres of waterfront habitat in Russell, NY, was improved with a handicap-accessible Parking Lot and Signage in May, 2021.

Secured Hicks easement, protecting 55.7 acres under a conservation easement.

Secured Holzhausen property, protecting 40.2 acres under a conservation easement.

Secured Kepes property, protecting 182 acres under a conservation easement.

Finalized Grasse River Wilderness property with support of Northeast Wilderness Trust on April 17th, 2024, protecting 1400 acres.

Finalized Bowdish-Walsh easement on August 8th, 2024, protecting 300 acres.
