Mary medical center for the convenience of tenants, patients and visitors.effective july 1, 2015 assets (medical office building) and operations (medical office leases and physician timeshare program) were transferred to dignity health dba st. Mary medical center. St. Mary professional building inc was not dissolved as corporation and may be reused under a different purpose.
