The st. Paul and ramsey county domestic abuse intervention project provides culturally and linguistically responsive legal, crisis and transitional advocacy and attorney services, and 24-hour crisis intervention and support to victims of domestic abuse and their children; facilitates the systems' response to domestic violence, and cultivates collaborations, and government- and community-based partnerships to end domestic violence.
