The corporation manages investments in crp st. Stephen's apartments, lp and st. Stephens housing partners, lp which were created to operate as qualified low-income housing projects within the meaning of section 42 of the internal revenue code. The corporation generates cash flow fees from these investments in exchange for consulting services.

The corporation partners with crp affordable housing and community development to receive essential services and strengthen the well-being of their residents by advancing high-quality development initiatives. The corporation receives developer fee income.
