The remaining program expenses are for the day to day operations of the organization.

These expenses are for the payroll and benefits of the society's staff for the thrift store and programs and development staff of the organization. The society pays for 80% of the cost of each full time employee's health insurance. The efforts of the program and development staff help the society by administering the emergency assistance and self sufficiency programs as well as raise funds and in kind donations which are used to assist those we serve.
