To promote economic and population growth throughout the county by assisting our local businesses, engaging in community activities, and promoting stafford county as a great place to live, work and play.

Administer housing programs to advance the availability of housing that is affordable for low and moderate income population. Manage three rental housing units. Administer and monitor the implementation of the moderate income housing program incentive for stafford county, which is used to incentivize private-owned development of workforce housing.
Maintain a building for use as a business incubator to provide readily available space to start a business, and to provide education and support services to entrepreneurs.
