To maintain and enrich jewish identity and enhance the quality of lives for families and individuals through social, cultural, recreational and educational programs and services. Membership in the center is available to everyone in the communities it serves, which include stamford, greenwich, new canaan, darien, and norwalk connecticut, and bedford and pound ridge, new york.

Programs

Fitness & recreation - the jcc offers all members use of a state-of-the-art fitness center and swimming pool, with an array of group exercise classes, personal training, and fitness and nutrition assessments, lap swimming, swim instruction and water exercise.

Youth services - programs for children in kindergarten through 12th grade, consisting of kidsplace, an after school childcare and enrichment program for grades k-7; o-la-mi, summer childcare programs for ages 20 months through 10th grade; sports and recreation programs for children and teens; school vacation day programs; and activities for teens that explore, among other things, community service opportunities.

Jewish life services - provides resources and support to all departments in teaching jewish education, values, traditions and culture, and also sponsors specific programs related to jewish education, holiday celebrations and community service. Arts - the signature program of this area is the jewish arts and film festival of fairfield county, a 16 day lineup of international film, visual art, music, dance performance and literature. Senior adult activities - a range of social and enrichment programs for older adults, this program includes a subsidized senior nutrition program, providing a hot kosher lunch to program participants, as well.
