To procure water supplies for the benefit of its members; to construct infrastructure to convey water supplies for the benefit of its members; to coordinate with other entities and stakeholders in the implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act and to condut monitoring and reporting activities relative to groundwater management.
