Mission
To help children establish strong character, learn life skills, and develop physically and emotionally through the sport of rowing. To provide facilities and equipment for co-ed middle and high school competitive rowing team and teach rowing to community members.

Our program's goals (and accomplishments) are: to provide through our coaching staff the highest quality instruction in the fundamentals of rowing to youth athletes; teach them responsibility; inspire persistence, determination and commitment; help them mature with character and to thrive with difficult training and competition; help them develop a sense of teamwork and shared purpose; and help them fulfill their potential within and beyond the sport of rowing.
